When will Tidewell be available?
Tidewell is being built for iPhone and is not in the App Store yet. Join the waitlist on the home page and you will get one email when it is.
How do I delete everything Tidewell stored?
Delete the app. Everything it stored on your phone goes with it. If you had iCloud sync on, turn it off first and remove Tidewell's data in your iPhone's iCloud storage settings.
How do I share the report with my doctor?
Open Report in the app, choose the date range, and tap Share. You can print it, save a PDF, email it, or just show your phone. The report fits one page on US Letter or A4.
Tidewell is not reading my sleep from Apple Health.
Open the Health app, go to Sharing, then Apps and Services, choose Tidewell, and check that reading sleep is turned on. Tidewell only reads what you allow, and each direction is separate.
Can I log from my Apple Watch?
If you have one, yes, through the Tidewell watch app and complications. If you do not, nothing in the app is missing.
How do I ask for a refund?
Purchases are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the purchase, and choose Request a refund.
