From Tidewell

This is the small corner of the site about the app itself. It is kept separate from the health topics on purpose, so that a post about night sweats never doubles as an advertisement.

Here you will find notes on how Tidewell works and why it was built the way it was: why there is no account, why the report is one page, how the hot flash score is calculated, what changes in each release. There are also comparisons with other menopause apps. Those are written from each app’s own public pages, show the date they were last checked, and are meant to help you choose, including choosing something other than Tidewell if it fits you better.
